She is the ambassador of a new, flavorful plant-based cuisine that embraces tradition but innovates at the same time, while refusing to compromise style for sustainability. Globally recognised not only as a superstar vegan chef, but also as a healthy-living educator, Leslie has been recently engaged by luxury hotel brand Four Seasons to create plant-based menus and recipes for their Mexican resort in Punta Mita.
We spent a day with her in Milan, roaming the shopping streets and vegan restaurants of the Italian capital of fashion, chatting about life, sharing thoughts, concerns and hopes for the future. We share a lot with her, especially our commitment to a cruelty-free world!
